Ok don't get my hopes up!! I have won them on ebay before but with financial mess right now, there is no way I would be able to buy them.
Worse case scenario will be sitting on my couch cuddled up in my KU throw watching on the good ole TV as long as it isn't on ESPNU because I can't get that.

Oh I believe that too. Ex had always promised me each year he would take me. He would always go to the game at Kemper and said it was his friends at that point getting the tickets and they always asked if he wanted one(Did he ever ask to see if they could get two? Doubt that the thought ever crossed his mind!) He never got tickets for me, but the last 3 years I have managed to get them to at least one game. Last year I took S16. Had a great time.

Well, I got the tire off of my car thanks to a good samaritan that was driving by while I was messing with it. Then when I took it to the tire place, find out that they need to order it but that I should have it by Friday and then I can put it on. Sunday is the cut off for the 10 days. Nothing like a $70 tire! But better than a $200.00 fine!!
The ex offered to go to s13's parent teacher conferences if I went to the girls. I told him fine as long as he promised to let the teachers know about the divorce and that he has been having a difficult time with it. He said he would. We will see.
Now getting all the tax stuff together and try to get them to the lady that does them for me. Next year I will probably do them myself since I don't plan on having the side business that I really didn't work on for the past 2 years, but it will be good to see how the alimony and head of household stuff affects me.

I went to the girls conferences last night. They are both doing well. Like an idiot I blurted out the divorce stuff but I felt it was important to let them know that has impacted the girls(though at this point less than the boys) and that ex doesn't think it should have any effect!!
The teachers were really supportive and it makes me wonder if it hasn't made D8 withdraw even more into her shell. they are going to test D8 for the gifted program because she doesn't want her to be bored when she has already gotten everything done. She wants to challenge her a bit more. I say great!
Picked up my tire this morning and should have it on the car tonight or tomorrow depending on the craziness of my schedule.

Kat all I can say is WOW! How do you keep it all together and straight? It all just seems so overwhelming when you see it written down.
I told DD7 teacher about "most" of what had been happening when I went to her parent/teacher conference and I think it was good just as a "Heads Up."

Thanks hon. I need every bit of help I can get. Once I get through tonight(taxes) I will watch amovie with Karen. Tomorrow, D10 has her flute lesson, I will finish up with the tire if I haven't done it and then I think I will treat the girls(including me!) to a movie for being good in school and early Valentine. then rush home to watch the end of the basketball game.
Sunday, if all goes my way, I am being a bum. I am exhausted just thinking of this past week. Next week I have to finish tying up lose ends for the B. Breaking it in to small bits is all I can do. I get a bit anxious looking at the whole mess but I got to get it done, so I do.
