Only difference is I do not have to put up with him 24/7.

Well, the girls told me that he DID have stomach problems along with a sore throat.

Okay, yea right.............

His sicknesses--he hasn't a clue that the man upstairs is trying to tell him something........

H texted me and said he was not coming over that he feels worse today, said he thinks he has the flu--sore throat and stomachache.

I think his nerves and conscience are getting the best of him. Sometimes, I would love to say that but I don't.

Hi MWG, well if his flu is anything like the one I had a month or so back he will be out of action for several weeks, why not suggest son drives you over to his place and you will use his car until he is feeling better then you will bring it straight back!
Shame for it to be just sitting on the driveway and maybe you could take him over some chicken soup I hear it does wonders for the soul.

No, I know why he is getting sick and he never used to get sick. It is almost a weekly thing now. God speaks to us in many different ways. I think his so called illnesses are one way.

I don't need to use his car for anything this week. And there is no way he would allow us to go over there to get his car. I suggested that a few times and it fell on deaf ears. He would never invite us into that batcave.

Chicken soup does do wonders but he would never allow us to go to his place. And if I did, I would smear lipstick in the shower, on the sheets, everywhere--okay just kidding.........

I have had one of the most busiest weekends!!

I began Thursday night with 8 sales on my book, etc stuff and then it turned in to over 50 sales by Saturday night. And it continues.

Then I completed and filed our federal income taxes.

And of course, the Super Bowl today.

Tomorrow, I have so many envelopes of all sizes to take to the post office. I have to tell you, some of this bidding is fun to see. I had a McGuffey's reader which I posted for 2.00 and the final bid was something like $14. Then I had a Lenox China soup bowl which I listed for $28 and the final bid was about $62!!!

I will probably have to make 2-3 trips to my car and then back in to the post office tomorrow as there is no way I can take all of those envelopes in at one time. Fortunately, they are not that busy first thing in the morning. And I noticed those do it yourself postal machines do not offer media mail. SO that means I have to go inside and have it done.

It keeps me busy!!

M,
You were a busy little bee yesterday. Sounds like your business as taken off.

Good luck taking all of the packages to the PO today!
