Okay. Here goes. Corral all gang members in somewhere like...I dunno...whatever the largest stadium in the U.S. is. Make sure you get them all in. Keep them there for two weeks with no bathrooms and no food. Then. Exactly two weeks later, open the dome. Give them ALL of their automatic weapons, knives, grenade launchers, whatever back. Then. Open the dome. Drop in 1 (one) King Size Snickers bar. And let them have it. Last one alive wins!!!
