Gee I made it to the age I was when I got married!! Karen, I wish I could get a real hug too. I don't feel as overwhelmed this morning. My eye feels better and the Dr should be taking out the contact too.

Thanks whatdid. It is so funny that when I pray I just spill it out, no holy are thous or anything. Maybe he would hear me better if I did. just getting worn out. I know that I need to break it into small pieces and deal with each thing on it's own and maybe for the moment be a little selfish and look at my issues and get them taken care of. I am very humbled by the gravity of my nieces situation.
I went through medical h*ll with my s13 when he was a baby always doing tests and transfusions. It is so stressful. I just don't have the energy to give it right now.

I do the same thing, but horrible prayers. Last night I was praying for everyone here, after I prayed for specific people, and I asked God to take our WAS heads out of their butt so they can realize they are married to wonderful people and/or help us to drop the rope if they won't. I realized after I prayed that, maybe I could have phrased that better???
Kat, I returned 2 movies today so let me know if you want a movie and I'll check out netflix. Did you want a comedy? I think you should really try to just focus on yourself (easy to say I know how much is going on in your life!), but like lots of Calgon baths, mani/pedi, or shopping or whatever... Karen
Kat, I'm so very sorry for what you and your family are going through. My mother had cancer and it was so hard. I can't imagine having to watch a young family member go through it.

Kat and Karen, If you are looking for a comedy, I watched "My Best Friend's Girl" with Kate Hudson last weekend. It was very funny. Basically, the plot is this: When a girl breaks up with her boyfriend, the boyfriend hires this guy to go out with their girl and be a total jerk. Thus, the girls see what a great guy their boyfriends are after all.
I also watched "Fireproof" last night. I enjoyed it also.

I'm up for either of those movies, Kat. I think fireproof is a lot more serious and about someone trying to save their marriage and the Love Dare and stuff. I could watch either of them happily, so maybe you should choose if you like them also??? Karen
I have to go with "Best Friends Girl". fireproof would be too heavy for me right now, plus I don't want to drudge up all of that stuff. Maybe when I am in a better place.
I printed off a bunch of statements for the L tomorrow so I only have a couple things to gather up tonight and then I will have everything ready. I want to get this going, I feel like I have been in limbo again. I have enough guilt from not being able to pay everything.
Got back from the eye Dr. He said my eye was better than he thought it would be. when I asked him how the eye was able to heal itself so quickly he just said because that is how God made it! lol
And I knew that stupid car flipping in front of our house would involve me somehow. I have an old car that I got from my grandmother before she died. I haven't driven it for a few years because the rear tire blew out and grandma didn't have a spare. Anyway we have it on a jack just so we wouldn't bend the rim. I guess the police must have saw that last week and saw a chance to get a fine unless I get it drivable within 10 days. That will be fun since the B L is taking pretty much all my cash right at the moment. Maybe my parents will let me tow it out to their house since we have to work on it out there anyway.
See one thing is always connected to something else!!

OK, I'm going to put BestFriend's Girl in my queue tonight then. Should get it Monday or Tues. prob. The car's a bummer, that's a crazy rule. We had a car that still had 2 years for us to pay on it and it was ruined, (the engine blew up) they said more than the car was worth to fix it. We had it in our yard for 2 years while we had to pay the bank. You're not allowed to get rid of it while the bank still owes it/you're paying on it. So we would have been in some big trouble I guess! Karen
