So I went to the courthouse to their free legal clinic for help/advise. It seems my H didn't get an extension & that I should not have been served!!! Yes, his 90 days had run out. So now the judge will have to decide if this can proceed. ugh!! I filed my response/counter claim & filed for a 90 day extension. Just in case we cannot get this done (the paperwork) by the 13th. As the Pro se clerk said my H really messed things up ..... yep, I know!!!! I sent my H an email about this (well some of this, the important stuff & not that he REALLY messed up). I sure hope he can work w/me on this now ..... and I even asked him if we could.
