I would go in to Olive Garden with the mindset of ordering the salmon or the chicken but end up with the fettuccine alfredo! My weakness!

Jeff did you mention a queue, count me in. or is this the wrong thread to be vetted for tongue rolling and the like.

I always felt like the British would get on the queue first, and then find out what it was for!

Then we went over to Amsterdam. I was waiting for the person in front of me at the hotel desk to finish up, standing back a few steps. But not across the room, or anything. Just as they finished, someone came out of nowhere, and cut me right off. I guess we weren't in England anymore!

Come on Jeff, you know we queue up for just about anything here too. Depends on the part of the country though. NYC - NO WAY! No one will wait in an orderly fashion there. The South - We'll line up, gossip while we wait with anyone willing to listen even though we don't know them, say please and thank you and 'bless your heart' and then find out that we don't want what is at the front of the line anyway. \:\)

I know about the friendly south! Huntsville was really friendly. But until you see the British queue, you haven't seen a queue!

Gotta love a good queue!

So much nicer than mass hysteria LOL.

Naej - I think we were using Lola's thread. But can't hurt to put your name in all over the BB! LOL

Thanks for the tip Michelle. I need a head start over you youngsters.

Maybe I should bring a chair along -sounds like this is one long queue.

You would be most welcome to visit me in my shoebox and see my tail -less cat! plus my large elderly dog.

You seemed to have turned a corner in your sitch, if not a page.
Good for you.
