Karen as for the boys discussion with their Dad, they are both thinking he is a man sl*t. Relationship between him and the kids is on a downhill slope. S16 asked me if he could use a small notebook to basically journal to his Dad. He asked if he could curse. I said in the book sure, but probably not such a good idea in a real one on one conversation.

I think that's a great idea, kind of what we do here but more private. One of my friends from church's husband died a few months ago and she said her teenage son doesn't express his grief that much, but does in his journaling, so she said she realized that's how he processes all that. That's so sad that your x is acting like that, both for himself and for your kids. I don't understand why a parent would do that! Does he know how they feel about him or is he just clueless do you think? Of course, my H acts like this too I know; just don't get that.
Oh, my L was saying that my neighbor was asking her all about me this past weekend (it's a small town you know) and she said she thought he knew more about me than she did, but I really haven't told him directly anything but we are separated. But I'm sure everyone else chats about me and I'm the hot topic. H is kind of shocking for a small town like mine I think. Karen
