STBX called last night with some great business news (for her). She was literally ecstatic....she tends to have high highs and low lows...I guess. Actually mentionned that I was the first person she called to share this news with.....gave her a few compliments (words of affirmation...she sucked it all in). Anyhow, I kind of spoiled the moment by asking why me....what did i do to deserve being first? I think she got a little uncomfortable and changed the subject.
I am heading out to pickup D8 soon and will try to enjoy the weekend with her. I have a late dinner date with the teacher (T36). Spoke to her last night. She could not stop laughing...I wonder if she was drunk? D8 will sleep with her grandma tonight. Actually my weekend is pretty booked; brother in law's bday and probably another date Sunday night with the lawyer. I think I am getting over my head with all this dating....and calls etc. i have not yet met someone that everything clicked for me yet.
So that is it in a nutshell...nothing too exciting....oh yes work sucks.
