Why would she send something like that? I do believe you when you say your h would not send something like it. Definitely send the message about the dog but leave out details so he has to contact you for them or put it in way you think is most likely to generate a question from him. When and if he contacts you, ask why he writes things like that? Let him know she's doing it. Geez, what a witch. I have never seen anything like a note like that.
Did you know this demon before? I mean who is she? She must not feel secure but who knows what she tells him? Weird. Even my sister's xh and his ow/wife didn't write that mean of stuff. Just whined about the costs of raising kids (sister and her xh were not able to have any, and he and ow/wife had a baby right away...ouch). j-
