As for an attorney, I have not had an actual sit down. Have had a phone consult with a couple of them, but nothing solid.

I gotta tell you, considering all that's happened and how far along things are, this STUNNED me.

You need to do this right away, for your own protection, preferably with a good family law attorney specializing in "men's right" and paternal custody issues.
