When would you consider the LBS to be involved in an affair?

Is it an affair if, while going through D proceedings, you talk on the phone to a member of the opposite sex that stbx doesn't know?

Is it an affair if you date someone months after your spouse has filed for D and has had an op for over a year?

Soo.. what's the cutoff here? and, when do we get to move on with out lives, too?
