just breezing through civilization for a brief second...then back to the woods and my cabin away from it all. Barely any cell phone service (I love it). Guess the cell service, as poor as it is would be better if I didn't lose track of my charger ..:) Just had to buy a new one at good ole W-Mart.
The first four days of my time in the "frozen tundra" were spent with my beautiful darling. We shared some good times and some less than good ones. What else is new. She chose to leave a day earlier then what seemed like was the day she would have to have left for a dr appt. It always seems like that when it is known that we are going to be leaving each other for a time that there is this automatic hostility/tension/fighting that seems to take place just beforew the parting of ways. That is our way of giving each other a "hug". A term of endearment , I guess. It has been that way for all the time we have known each other. Quite a little while. We are dysfunctional.
Oh well. I hate this civilized nonsense. I am headin back to the NE PA woods where the temp is a cool 0! And I love it. Got my books, movies, draft micro-brew and my sled dog. Wonder if darling will catch in on the tale end of the last couple of days? She'd have to drive nearly an hour and a half ...so probably not.
