Helen is not his ex. With Mercury R periods, they are linked to previous Mercury R periods, usually months apart and are to do with past, not present, situations. Helen is his present, not his past, also, its is MR in Aquarius, meaning his 'other', so this Mercury R period is pertinent to his cyrrent situation, with 2 woman being interested in him. The letting go could be about me, as he continues to keep in contact with an ex he knows wants to reconcile. At some point, he needs to stop doing that, if he is certain he is done.
I wouldnt still have any hope/contact with him without some provocation, at this stage. Also, the phone conversation we had about Helen and our joint finances 19th Dec, how he doesnt want to talk about our houses, how he told me he doesnt really know what he is doing with her, he is "just going along with it". How he is moving out of his own apartment into a shared house with 2 male friends (so not moving in with her). It would seem he is still somewhat conflicted, but thats probably at a fairly low level, but he has not yet fully let go of the past.
Things will be more decisive over the next few months. As an astrologer, I know that this will rumble on in my life until around August/September and then I will be through and out the other side, either way.

He replied, very chatty.. at 10.30 am this morning. I was so shocked I only just read it! That was a big surprise, cant read anything into it, but he hasnt been responding so quick for the past 5 months.
