My husband and son both take melatonin, and think it's great. I've tried it a few times, and it seems very mild. Since I have allergies, I often take benedryl at night to relieve the sneezing and fall asleep. It puts me into a very deep sleep, but I can still wake up when the alarm goes off. Good job on not giving him the money to buy someone else a truck. You would never get paid back!
