I've become a "pusher" of sorts for Melatonin. It's a very common, naturally occurring hormone that helps regulate circadian rhythms in nearly all animals. As a supplement it helps promote proper sleep patterns in humans. After the bomb I too was a complete wreck for weeks and weeks, that is until I tried taking Melatonin -- it worked like a charm. For me it was a Godsend.
Since then I've recommended it to several of my friends going through similar struggles with insomnia and other irregular sleeping problems, all with similar positive results.
