I'll respectfully agree with Arthur. Do what you are doing and go out with friends instead of other girls. You like her. She likes you. I really don't get how you develop a relationship into possibly more while exploring a bunch of other options. Sounds like a good way to lose a good girl. Just because there are other fish in the sea doesn't mean you have to catch them all and then decide which to keep. You can quit fishing for awhile when you think you may have found a keeper. You can always fish again later if she wasn't.
