I haven't posted for awhile here!! Haven't taken my dog for a walk in ages the weather is not helping! Its very cold right now! But we did buy a bowflex last week and it arrived yesterday! so we will be starting with that soon, just don't have the time for the gym! So i hope this will make it easier! Hope to get it set up on the weekend!
