It's not a purchase. It's a rental, but it is through a real estate company. I don't want to own a house because first the market sucks, and second I am not mechanically inclined, so if something goes wrong I would rather it be a landlord's responsibility to fix it. It is absolutely gorgeous, and I have already started picturing in my head all the things I could do with it!!!
