I have those sleep issues for the past year. Try Melatonin it can help. You can find it in the nutrition/vitamin section. I might be all the stress, even if you don't acknowledge it, it is there.

I like to exercise too, and find myself having more sleep problems if I don't work out for a couple days. Jeff, don't worry, you'll find just the right person I know, someone who will love you and believe in marriage and not be crazy!
