kat.. I know that I can file without her; I was doing it jointly so that neither one of us would have any non-dischargeable debt after the D. Now she's talking about hiding money so that she doesn't lose it in BK. If the court were to find out that she's lying about money; we would get our petition dismissed and be prohibited from filing again. I don't think I can trust her on anything. So maybe D'ing first is the best option. Take my chances on the dischargeable debt. My BK L says to D first anyway. So we'll see. Gonna talk to him tomorrow if I can.
