Who pays her rent--I will bet it comes out of his credit card just like I found it before he lost his job but I could be wrong. I do not know for sure.

I will bet he does not come over today. I will be very surprised if he does.

Let the cycle be for a while. Bad boy will come around again. It needs to play out completely.

All of us are doing our own thing today.

All of the kids are gone and I am doing my book selling stuff and watching the Steelers game in a bit.

We are not shedding a tear.

Good attitude for all of us, I think.

Yes, the attitude is a good one. He's the one that lost out on this weekend, not you or the kids (even though she didn't get a ride, our d may have been better off being home). Things do happen for a reason and maybe now is a good time to just let him stew a bit more than normal. He's going to get tired of watching tv, shopping and doing errands over there. I can't even imagine him shopping and doing errands alone at this point. TV, yes...and maybe sleeping.

yeah and where is he getting the $$$$???

i have control over his unemployment $$$--I do not get into it and use it except for the bills.

Tonight I am taking one child to a church , thing other to the store, and I want to watch a football game and be on the computer.

Oh what fun..........

Yes, let him stew. I wonder really, how much he is drinking over there.

Hi MWG,

I am not sure of the rules in the states but your credit card over here is linked to some sort of security ie how much you earn, so surely at some point he will run out of credit and they will pull the plug. I can't imagine the interest he must pay each month whilst the debts get bigger.
Please make sure you will not be responsible for half of that debt, even if it's in his name. It is classed as a shared debt between spouses.
I hope the game was good and you enjoyed your day as much as possible.
Did you ever check out the legal implications of all of this?.
As your son is trainee management would his company do a loan for a car and deduct the money from his salary each month. I know some companies do that.
