H texted me after school yestderday that he saved us $750/yr on insurance by switching all of our policies to a different company.
That was sort of random, out-of-nowhere. I mean I knew he was going to switch companies but after the earlier exchange about him being pissed at the word it came out of left field.
I replied back "thanks. going into the YMCA to run and then getting the kids"
He replied he was grabbing a beer w/Tom and coming home. Then he wrote "tomorrow plan is taxes and you and me and life".
Well that sure narrows it down
H called at 6:30 he was going to check on his mom b/c yesterday was her first chemo treatment for her bladder cancer. He got home at 8.
I had a big blanket out on the floor for Friday Night Movie time (weekly tradition with the kids). Dan lay on it with both the kids and then the kids asked me to lay on the other side. So we all lay together on the floor. Nathan said it was 'great family time'....woke up at 12:30 am and put the kids to bed.
Fell back asleep on the floor. Woke up at 3 and went to our bed to sleep until morning. H was in there, he went in around 1 I think.
Now kids are watching cartoons. I am getting ready to gather our tax info...yay!
Later MIL wants the kids to come out at 3 so H and I can go to our nieces b-ball game (high school) and then out to a piano bar with SIL/BIL for SIL 40th bday. We'll see it that actually happens...
