Snodderly, I think I must have had the same bug as you. It really got worse after I felt already better. I took your advice and drank a lot and had a good rest.
It was my birthday this week and I was very sad that my H did not remember it for the first time ever! So I was quite down for a while. I hope that I will feel well soon so that I can go out again. I have not been anywhere since the week before Christmas.
Quite a few of my friends got the flu as well. It looks like the whole world has the same bug.
