It seems to me that your H has it made as far a child arrangements go. Do you have a formal schedule for visitation such as him having them every other weekend?
Our schedule has been he sees them 2 hours on Tues. night, and then picks them up for Friday night sleepover. He returns them Sat. anytime from lunch to bedtime, I think depending on when he has other plans. We're alternating church every other week so the kids attend both churches half of the time. I love the idea of him having the kids every 3 weekends actually. I think that or 2 full weekends every month is more how people usually do it. If I get this tc job at Westat, it's supposed to be weekends & evenings, so I think that I will talk to H about doing that schedule, maybe 2 or 3 weekends a month and then he will have a little less flexibility than he does now and I'll have more me time. I think he'd balk at that now, but if I have a job that takes weekend hours, he would at least consider it. I think my L was mentioning the every other weekend is standard and that would be fine too.
