It seems to me that your H has it made as far a child arrangements go. Do you have a formal schedule for visitation such as him having them every other weekend? I know that you like having the kids with you as much as possible, but you deserve "me" time also. To me it's just enabling his "carefree" ways. As much as we love our kids we all can use a break. At this rate you can't even make plans ahead of time.

I know of a couple that has a visitation agreement (the ho and her exH). He gets the son every weekend except the 3rd weekend of the month. If he can't get him, he must let her know by Wed. of that week.
