On Christmas eve, OW's H had called me, left a message, wishing me a Merry Christmas. I finally called him back yesterday. They are separated!!! He moved out in September, wow. We talked a bit, and he just said he didn't trust her even though she was really trying, that he has seriously lost faith in their marriage. They have tried everything, so they are separated. Neither one is rushing for a divorce though. I feel bad for his kids.
OW and xH are not seeing each other, he was fairly confident of that. Said that OW 'confessed' to her close friends about xH last year and that alone might keep her from contacting him, but who knows. Ironically, I am not too worried about them seeing each other, as long as the kids aren't involved.
Now two GOOD things: 1. OW's daughter didn't make the cut off for kindergarten next year so I don't have to stress about her being in my D4's class! I was worried about that, and debating on speaking with the principal. Yip yip yippeeeeee!
2. I am going to Florida with my girlfriends in February. All I have to pay for is airfare (around $200)! I have never done this before (gone away without the girls), and I am excited, and nervous. I know, I need to do this, but I'll miss 'em like crazy. I approached xH about my trip and he was fine with it and will cover the days.
