We are on record now. The State Police finally sent a car out to look over the scene and take a report. The Trooper said that it is unlikely that it was an accident, but that we would have a very difficult time proving that it was intentional. That's not a problem because all we wanted was someone to note that this guy is coming unglued. The trooper said that the scene shows that it was a very high rate of speed and he advised us that their vehicle was totalled.
All he could suggest was a PPO, but said that would not stop a bullet. If the family does not have any luck in getting him in for mental evaluation we really can't do anything until someone does get hurt.
Good grief.
