H, I'm very sorry to read about your dog, Max, passing away. It's always a very sad time when you lose such a close companion, who has been there for you and your family for such a long time. I lost my cat 1 1/2 years ago at the ripe old age of 16 1/2. When they live to be the ages of 15-21, that tells me they had good homes, well loved and cared for and enjoyed living w/us.
H, Max will always be there w/you in your heart. Pull out the good memories when you become sad about his passing. He's now waiting on the other side for the rest of his family to join him later in life.
