Oh Hoosier, (((()))) I am so sorry for the loss of your dog, they leave such a hole in our hearts. Nit is also struggling with a very poorly dog and making that final trip to the vets is sooo hard. At least you did that final act of kindness and love for him. I kept my old cat going much longer than I should and regret it even now. My dog has a tumour and at the moment he is not in pain so I have a while to go. I am sure your other dogs will be a comfort to you. Take care.
