Jimbo, Not knowing your sitch, also remember with the insurance what do you have to loose & what other ramifications could there be?? I don't think insurance is required in my state ... but I have many assets to loose if my H's car isn't covered & something happens. So .... I foot the bill & keep silent. One other thing my H can feel guilty about (although, I'm not trying to make him feel guilty).
