I had a lovely Christmas and a good time with my sisters. Unfortunately, we all got the flue on Boxing Day. It is taking us ages to recover. One of my sisters already left last Saturday and the other one went home yesterday afternoon.
I could not believe what my H wrote on 24th: he wrote that he is looking for love and a relationship, but with the women he gets to know he can only have fun. They want to be supported and don't want a relationship. He also wrote that he would be alone over Christmas which made him a bit sad.
He sent a second e-mail regarding the divorce, but I only opened it well after Christmas since I did not want to be upset. I was surprised to read that it was a friendly mail and he agreed to some divorce condition. At the end he wrote that he thanked me for all the years I loved him and that he has had no love ever since he left me!!!!!!
Is he finally waking up or is it the holidays that make him sad?? At least he finally sees that we had a good relationship. – I have not heard from him since, although I replied to the e-mail.
I am alone again and I am a bit depressed. The weather is very cold and gloomy which does not help.
