I also wanted to echo Mind's words. You do still have a gift, even if it is wrapped differently. It's the gift that is maybe wrapped in newspaper and tied with twine. It sits under the tree next to big shiny presents with beautiful bows. But the gift yours has inside is worth 1000 times over what is in the other boxes. Don't ever forget that.
My dad had a quadruple bypass at 39. He will be 59 in February. Never has had to have bypasses again but has had a few stints. I truly believe it all boils down to STRESS like you said.
