You should have seen the look on my W's face when I told her that her OM was lying to her last fall when he'd told her he was going home to talk to his W about a D so my W and he could be 'together forever'. She actually believed him when he made up some story about the timing not being right for them to talk and he'd do it in a few weeks. Well, I confirmed with OMW that he hadn't even went home that weekend and was probably with his new GF. So anyway, I ramble, but when I told W what I knew, she was just stunned. Not sure why though....the guy she's cheating on me with, cheated on her? There's a surprise.

Its just so odd that people that are lying to their spouses about an A could actually believe that they are not/would not be lied to... My H was the same way. When the Troll came up with an STD that only she had, he had the hardest time with how it could have happened. Then was MAD AS HELL that she had lied to him and cheated on him, huh? If it wasn't so sad, it would be INCREDIBLY funny. Fogged thinking is just scary.
