Nice is not bad Mike, it just opens you up to the crazy ones as well as the nice girls. Just a matter of figuring out which is which.

Seems like there should be some sort of application process or sign distribution. Something. Don't feel bad, I have shuddered at most of the men I seem to attract...its not pretty. For every one of your "crazy" woman, there is an equally "Rico Suave" (I'm only talking about their approach, lounge lizard crossed with Disco Stu from the Simpsons with a smattering of Mr. Furley from Three's Company) guy out there that seems to want to be my "friend." I think I'd rather drink bleach.

Biting can be fun! Educational at the very least. Its all a lesson, if there was a crazy detector, everyone would own one and the crazies would have no one but each other. Not a pretty picture is it? Because you are a thinker and an honest guy, you should be able to figure it out fairly quickly and then be able to determine how much draman, crazy, etc... you want/are willing to deal with and act accordingly. Trust me, if this woman wants to be with you, she will handle her business if thats what it takes to be with you. If not, then she wasn't worth it and you can move on.

Being an adult = some sort of drama, just the nature of the beast. So choose your beast wisely.

Just catching up and I totally agree with what you say in this thread sir. 2 things I pride myself on, I'm a nice guy and a good dad. The nice guys always come last so since going out loads, I wouldn't say I've become nasty at all, but I'm very direct and just totally out for a laugh and it seems to attract the women. It doesn't feel natural though once I see them a couple of time and I sort of revert back to nice old me as that is me. The good thing with me is tho, I seem to have learnt not to fall for girls just cause they seem nice, you get on etc and not to feel to bad if it goes wrong. I'm open with that I'm just out for fun and company so if they want more, it's not like I haven't been honest with them.

It's very confusing this dating lark tho, so out of practice but I'm enjoying it.

..MHS38 has been dated and discarded...she chose the stalker over the good guy..a glutton for punishment it appears..I hate it for her kids and the turmoil they will be put under..

and to be honest..I still don't get that or understand it..and probably never will..that's the one thing I don't get with women..why they will chose an abuser over a good guy..

Switchfoot....had the Christian band label on them for a while...I like them..got their latest called "the best yet"..CD and DVD..pretty good stuff..they put on a good show with 3 Doors Down in Pikeville..

Yes..I am quite certain..it will be back to business I think..if she still wants the business..the business/dating thing we were keeping separate anyway..of course stalker guy may tell her she can't do business with me anymore..so i get that..
