Went over after having a yummy dinner with R. Stayed a bit past midnight then headed home.
Had to work this morning. Crabby hungover people suck. They're impatient and demanding. And while I wasn't hungover, I only got 6 hours of sleep, so I was a bit short on patience by the end of my shift. Ending up staying half an hour late cuz we were swamped. But home now, and have good food in my stomach.
R is gonna come over and watch a movie with me. yay!

Wow, your poor H.. he really did screw his life up (or maybe it was the deployment stuff?) and thankfully like you say, he has his family. Its nice you have compassion for him still, after everything.

My sister loaned me a movie called "in the name of the king" it's a dragon siege movie that Jason Statham did. Fairly predictable, nothing I'd watch a dozen times, but fun fantasy stuff.
My Bar prep class starts tonight. Ugh. Hopefully my books will be delivered this AM. Been fighting with the company over that. They didn't ship them til Friday afternoon.
Drove out to Napa Saturday night with R. Met a few of his friends and had a lot of good food and wine. It has been a pretty relaxing time before the stress starts up again. Sitting in the eye dr's office this AM while he gets some stuff checked. Gonna have his eye dilated, so then I have to drive home.
Don't have any hours at work this week, which is probably a good thing. I'll pretty much be working a couple hours here and there for some cash as long as I don't get too stressed out. Gonna be living off my savings which is always a bit stressful. But it'll be done in a couple months.

R is a friend of a friend of NikBs whom I met at her birthday party back in September. Realized we lived around the corner from each other, started hanging out, been dating the last couple months.
Bar prep started tonight. Actually sitting in the lecture hall right now. Joy. Ah well, just a few weeks and it'll all be over. Hopefully in a good way! LOL
