He says he is still praying. Contacting his dad will take him some time to think about although he has been saying this for weeks now. I think he will write to him but he said he is not ready to talk to them, can't handle it. The last two times they spoke, his dad kept telling him that what he is doing is not right and H hung up on him. This was 3 1/2 years ago.
I think his chances of coming back home are far greater than him calling his parents.
We'll see.
