H will get over it or he won't but you needed to do it for you. My H hates that I called the OWomen. But I had to for me. It was just my way of breaking their hold on me.
I too did something that was not great DBing. But it was a response to something H has said and although his reply was not jumping for joy, it was not negative either. H is working today and tomorrow. We will see what the weekend brings. But I am a big girl and I will get through all of this. I have actually reached one of my goals which was to not be angry with him anymore.
So it will be a good new year. I have to finish something and get my butt on the road to picking up son's bestfriend who has recently moved back to Florida. Haven't seen him in person for 2 and a half years so this will be an interesting 4 days. I see in my crystal ball, 2 teenage boys who are not going to sleep much and a mom who is gonna be very tired by the weekend. LOL

Hey Hope, I think the letter is a great release for you. You can now move on to a great 2009 with no regrets and nothing holding you back. It will be a wonderful year for you and you will be able to take back the control in your life.
It is terrible about your friend, but I am glad that they are doing the funeral today, so it won't be something that will be starting 2009 with more sadness.

I am sad about the funeral, but actually looking forward to the service. I can't think of a better way to end this terrible year than with prayer and music and good friends.
Most of us are about as happy as we make up our minds to be.

Happy New Year Hope! I am sorry that H is a bit unhappy, that seems to be a theme. 2009 has the ability to bring us so much promise and opportunity! We need to seize all that is given us! Take care!!! I am thinking about you. I toasted at 11:00 and at 12:00!
