(((((All of you!)))))

Things have been busy at the least! W's brother was here with his son, and her sister with her two daughters, splitting time between W's parents house and our house through yesterday morning. To say there was a lot of activity would be an understatement. I think the cat and dog were pretty much afraid to show themselves, I think they were pretty smart! Anyway, they all got out yesterday, my dad and his wife pulled in with their motor home this afternoon. They will be here until Friday.

W has been sleeping around.... she has started a couple of nights in here, and then wandered out to the sofa around three, once she stayed all night, last night she was in the guest room. Tonight she sounded like she might have stayed in here, but then realized that I had some laundry running that wasn't going to be done until she is well asleep, and so she headed for the guest room. She mentioned that she goes to sleep better with Pride and Prejudice on, I mentioned that I can sleep to it fine, having seen it plenty of times. I said I kind of like it, if has some really subtle humor, and it reminds me of England, which I like! ;\)

I'm not sure what the whole conversation meant, but it was interesting anyway.

One thing that has become really clear over the past few days is that W is a control freak, and she seems to enjoy creating stress. She would deny both, but I have been watching it! She really has been trying to control what everyone does, and when. And almost as soon as she appears, the stress levels in everyone seem to go up. I think the two things go hand in hand, she can't stand not knowing, or not having a plan, not just for her, but for everyone. I have a feeling she got that from her father in his younger years. He is much less like that now.

Tomorrow it is supposed to be 73, it was at least that warm today. My dad and I are going to go out and lose some golf balls!

Oh, we had SNOW on the 26th! It sorta, kinda stuck a bit, mostly on cars and stuff like that, but a tiny bit on the ground. There was a mix back and forth of snow and rain, and general ickiness all day!

You JUST cleared that up?

Good luck on the links Jeff. I'll hope you don't lose too many, those little dimply things are expensive!

73 sounds heavenly, of course compared to most of the rest of the country we're going to be pretty warm also. About 54 today and 49 tomorrow. Not bad at all.

I think I'd melt if it was 73 here!

Our highs have been around 40-50. Been scraping ice off my car a lot of mornings. Can't believe 3 months ago the highs were 55 degrees warmer. Brrrrr.

I like that you guys talked about the movie.

Also interesting that everyone seemed to notice her stressing.

Have a Happy New Year!

Hey Jeff, Happy New Year! So... she was in and out of the room? Sounds like, by choice, not that she had no choice or nowhere else to sleep. Not sure, but the making the DVD excuse was odd. Interesting you noticed her behavioour with others was no better than it is with you!
