She has asked for excl possession of the house, so my resp is given that is in your petition now filed, it will be responded to in my L response and until the response is filed I have been advised to not to disc any aspects of the D further, incl any living arràngements. (Or something to that effect - re-reading, that doesn't come across the way I had wanted.)
