Hey MC, just checking post, I'm glad the kids are with you, your and my situation parallel each other in so many ways.
The kids have been a big help in all of this for me. Not that they even know it or did anything, but because I know they need me, they rely on me, I know I need to move on and keep going for them, They keep me busy and I get to enjoy the little things that W misses because she is gone. How they play or run or the pictures they color. My refrigerator is covered with drawings they made for me. When they're in bed sleeping and I'm in their rooms putting clothes away, just looking at them fills my heart with joy.
D7 just walked into my office to show me a picture she drew, had God at the top, a Christmas tree, 2 angels flying around the tree and her and myself standing next to the tree (little stuff like that)
They are such a blessing, you sound like you are doing good, dealing with everything, I know its hard, hope you have a great new year
