And, of course, I wish the same to everybody else who's following my thread of MLC madness...You are all in my thoughts.
I haven't posted in a while since I was ramping up for Christmas, and then went out of town for the holiday. I spent Christmas with Chris and his family. He hadn't seen his family in AGES, and since they invited me to come down as well, I took them up on it. It was bittersweet- it was really nice to see them again after all these years, but they live in the same general area of where my W and I first met and spent the first several years of our R together. It really wore on me emotionally after a time, and I think I left just in time to avoid a meltdown.
When I got back home- more fun with MLC! I found another bill for my W in the mail. To be fair, I did receive yet another bill for my W in the mail before I left, but that bill was for a calling card that she uses so rarely that I could chalk it up to her having forgotten to change the billing address over to her apartment. But the newest bill is a different story. It's from the same folks that sent the first bill that W came over and picked up along with her coats while I was out of the house. She KNOWS that the billing address on that bill hasn't been changed, since she was the one who set it up with the house address originally.
So what is happening here? Who the hell knows. If she is expecting to use the same tactic again to have an excuse to come over while I'm not at home to take more stuff back with her, she will be sorely disappointed, and will just have to come do it without an excuse.
I will continue to write "Please Forward" on these, and any other bills I receive for her, and stay dark.
