hon, I know it seems unbearable but you WILL make it, it seems like the pain will never stop but it will, what worked for me was finding my faith again, even if my prayers where tearful "God please help me I cant take this" over and over over, I was able, eventually, to wait up without crying, it will hurt a bit less as the days go by, you will be ok, btdt.
As far as her, stay away from her stbx and dont' believe ANYthing he says, remember, his version of reality is now totally different than what you remember.
