LIS..yes..my hub "told my son", except he left out the part about it being more than a "friendship"..and he "told his family", but obviously not as much as I did, because when he got back from his trip he told me that he got grilled because of what I said, even tho he had supposedly told them all about it?!
I guess their version of telling is like watching a R rated movie on regular TV..it is definitely edited and watered down

Believe none. I don't think my H has told the truth in the past 2 years, barely at all. If he did, it was probably an accident! What does Puppy say? Cheaters lie, or liars cheat or something like that? Both are true I think. Karen
Heard from a good F friend that W has said she has told the K's about the A. I have my doubts what in fact she told them, if anything. She said she told her parents in July, but when I finally talked to them in early Dec, I learned this was NOT the case at all.
Anybody else had this experience?
Sure; it's script. 90%+ of the time, she has either:
1) Told them NOTHING, and is just lying about it; or
2) Told them a TOTALLY spun version of it. "Your dad and I have been having problems for a long, LONG time. We've both tried very hard to work at it, but sometimes moms and dads just can't make it work. Mommy found a friend to talk to, and even though he's just a friend, that was probably wrong and I shouldn't have done that. Daddy thinks I like this man as a boyfriend, but I don't, and that's what we're arguing about all the time."
Blah, blah, blah.
I can state with 100% certainty that she has NOT told them the full truth, even in an age-appropriate manner.

WHY is it that when you are just out for a couple drinks and some supper that cr@p happens? I go to a local bar tonight here in AZ and what happens? There is a young lady next to me that gets me to play an on-line trivia game with her and is friendly all the time I am there. AND the bartender (very nice looking pleasant blonde lady) is overly attentive... moreso than with other solo male customers. Geez whiz... No nothing transpired... but could it have???? Who knows, but I certainly was not expecting that.
