It's Christmas Eve! So much to do today, but I had to have my coffee and say good morning to my sisters here. I am thinking of all of you, praying for you and your families. I wish that our Lord will bring restoration, forgiveness, strength and patience to everyone here.
We have so much to be thankful for, and yet have all lived a year of such pain. My Christmas wish is that everyone will enjoy a peaceful day full of family, friends and love, and that those things will bring healing and remove the pain.
I love you all.

Good morning everyone. I'm at work and having coffee. Blue skies and sunshine here today. All of our snow is gone, but at least the rain has stopped. A lot of people have water in the basement.
I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas. H and I had a good day, and managed to survive the rest of the weekend together too, (despite receiving very bad news about a friend of ours). Step by step, day by day. I still have moments of intense pain, but I have been reading things that are posted over in the pieceing forum, and that seems to be helping.
I'm looking forward to catching up with everyone. Don't know about you all but I am more than ready to see the end of 2008!

Hey Hope, Wondered about you and the power outages. Glad you have power! Glad you had a good Christmas! Take Care, and I am too so ready for 2008 to be a memory! On the news this morning, somewhere in New York, you could take things and have shredded that you didn't want to look at anymore, such as stocks that are worthless, and cheating spouses and OP. Made me think of you, and the rest of us!
We were lucky. Our power only went out long enough for me to have to reset my alarm clock. We didn't lose any major tree limbs and only got minor water in the basement. Thank goodness!
