When I told her how offended I was that that was in there, she said "Oh, that's just something the lawyer put in without me knowing it." and then "You can always say 'no' to anything that's in there."
I just looked at her, said "The lawyer works for YOU, and there shouldn't be anything in there that you don't WANT in there, and -- for the record -- "NO". "
