I've had my moments today. A panic attack earlier but it was gone almost as soon as it started. Really having trouble keeping focused today, hard to be at work, but don't know where I else I would want to be. Only got five hours sleep and have been up since about 3:00 I guess. Maybe that is the problem. I have DC group tonight and we are furthering our discussion on anger. Mostly I am just hurting for my kids.
