Don't worry--I'm just overwhelmed in a major way. D12 has strep throat, there are new layers of grief unpeeling almost daily, work has been busy. There was a court date scheduled for tomorrow, but we were able to settle the preliminaries out of court. Visitation won't change significantly, I'll get $100/week support. It's not great, but my L advised it might be wise to accept that and move forward, in order to avoid a bunch of court costs and etc. The amount we'd asked for was $125/week, so it didn't seem worth running up several hundred dollars extra in court costs for that amount.

There has to be a point at which life gets a little less burdensome, right? I know, I've been at this about 7 months and this is still fairly early. But I'm just depleted.
