I don't think I've ever posted to you but have seen you posting on a few threads that I follow (K, BBJ), have followed your story off and on and realize that you're a fellow Canadian.

I wish you luck on your date tonight. I know it can be scary when you haven't been out on a date in so long, 1901 is a long time, but you do sound relaxed. Just be yourself. I heard Montreal was dumped with snow and it's really cold. You'll just have to drink a little extra wine to keep warm.

BTW, I kinda understood what you wrote about your mom in Italian and it was very sweet.
