Just wanted to share
Bedtime solo gets easier.....I have started sleeping in the middle...in the beginning I stayed on my side

I can now talk about my sitch and not become overwhelmed with sadness!!

I can interact with my W almost normally....just about everything rolls off me!!

Food for thought

It's good sometimes to reflect....
