I was just trying to catch up, stop by see how you are. Things sound a bit better! very noticeably better actually. For him to stay home on his own is a big deal and this job thing is a blessing to get away from OW. Being funny also means he is maybe more relaxed and happier even?

Sadly, no. Still at 97lbs. I don't think I'm ever going to break 100 until I stop being so anxious all of the time. I just burn off the calories with nervous energy.

H has been declining attitude wise over the past week. He's more defensive and moody.

I'm having a tough time holding myself together. Lot's of dark thoughts.

I'm squeezing in meditation and trying to keep up with other people's threads, but I just can't seem to shake this awful feeling of dread and doom.

Too many eggshells in my life right now.
